   there are touristpolice units elswhere in the world, but they are localpolice officers who deals with touristrelated problems NOT volenteers from other countries.

   this vid is correct i spoke to one in patong about a thai guy making threats he said cant do a thing we have no power go to the thai police in the morning i asked him to call one now he said no and walked off i asked thai girls in pattaya about them they laughed said not police not anything…so what do they do or is it a visa scam for sexpats to stay in los

    I think the guy who made this is either a former volunteer or someone with a grudge.
    Agreed some of them are out for the perks or brownie points but there are perks in any job and they don’t get paid, they can be very useful at times.
